American President Barack Obama took part in a one of a kind social event this week speaking directly to his people, a few short days after appearing at his State of the Union address, to answer questions that have been submitted on social site Google+ and YouTube over the past month. Barack appeared in a “Hangout” and answered a selection of hard hitting queries from over 250,000 that were submitted online, as well as chatting live with five lucky participants.
Appearing genuine and personable he answered a number of questions in the hour long chat, these from the “common man” and one woman who asked if her husband, who was struggling to find work, could have a job. The 44th President of the United States kindly suggested that the lady send her engineer husband’s resume to him to personally help with his plight.
The 50 year old Head of State also revealed his re-election soundtrack ahead of the Presidential Election on Tuesday November 6th by sharing his and his team’s Spotify playlist with the internet social community. The tongue-in-cheek selection includes tracks such as Let’s Stay Together by Al Green, Roll With The Changes by REO Speedwagon and We Take Care of Our Own by Bruce Springsteen.
