After yesterday’s sensational reveal, the HTC Sensation is soon to be one of the best Android handsets available, so now that we know what we are getting, it’s time to find out how we can get hold of it.
We already know that Vodafone have an exclusivity deal with HTC for the first month of its release, so very early adopters will need to sign up for a Vodafone contract to get hold of one.
But if you are willing to wait an extra month, Orange, T-Mobile and Three will all be stocking the Android Smartphone in June.
The Everything-Everywhere group (Orange and T-Mobile) announced today that they will be stocking the Sensation once the exclusivity contract is over, which leaves only O2 to show its cards when it comes to the latest HTC flagship device.
The HTC Sensation smartphone is an Android 2.3.3 OS running phone with HTC’s latest Sense 3.0 user interface. It has a 4.3-inch HD SLCD 540×960 screen featuring a 1.2 megapixel camera up-front, with an 8 megapixel dual-LED flash snapper on the back, a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and 4GB of internal flash memory with an extra 8GB additional memory card.
None of the networks have released any pricing plans for the Sensation but we would expect the handset to be free on a £35 per month plus 2 year contract.
