Panasonic’s award-winning Lumix ‘GF’ camera range has just swelled in number, as the very popular Micro four-thirds GF2 has just oficially been superseded by this: the slimmer, lighter DMC-GF3.
The new camera is 16 per cent smaller and lighter than the GF2, while still sporting a 12.1-megapixel sensor, 1080p HD video recording and a 3-inch touchscreen.
There’s currently no word on release date for the UK, but the US will be receiving the first batch in July, priced at $699 (£430) with lens. We would assume that a UK launch won’t be too long after, given the GF range’s immense success on these shores.
