MWC 2012: LG Optimus 4X – Quad-core Android ICS Flagship Priced & Dated by Clove UK

Part of the Tegra 3 takeover, it’s been announced at the MWC that LG’s impressive Optimus 4X will be bringing NVIDIA’s quad-core chip to the UK after a little tour of native Korea. Following this news etailer Clove has now outted its plans for this Android ICS number which is set to become the flagship of the LG line-up.

For £456 you can grab the LG Optimus 4X, unlocked from this June – for your dosh you’ll benefit from the slender 8.9mm handset’s generous screen size, a 4.7-incher with 1280 x 720 high def resolution, 1GB of onboard RAM and 16GB internal storage.

The camera comes in at a respectable 8-megapixel with 1080p true HD video recording and “HD multimedia experience” to be enjoyed through the output courtesy of the gadget’s DLNA software – and of course there’s that 1.5GHz four horse-power Tegra 3 chip running the thing.

Consider your last season’s Optimus 2X put on notice.
