If like the Gadget Helpline you were a little more inspired by Nintendo’s next generation home console after our article yesterday which revealed the leaked photo of a finished test model HD touchscreen tablet controller, with newly reshuffled button arrangement and confirmation that indeed the gaming gadget will be titled the “Wii U” – then you’ll probably be interested in tuning into the E3 conference live to catch all the big announcements from the excitable Reggie Fils-Aimes, the United States CEO of Nintendo on June the 5th.
Well Nintendo is making this as easy as possible, providing live streaming access via television networks including MTV2 and Spike TV in the States as well as on Nintendo’s own event website (e3.nintendo.com) and Facebook page for the big reveal of the final Wii U product with that innovative tablet control pad, as well as a Software Showcase on June the 6th, sharing the starting line-up of games for the home console some of which were recently leaked ahead of time by a screenshot from Blockbuster’s product database (fingers crossed tightly here for Super Mario) and also the the full skinny on the Nintendo Network which will unite gamers of classic Wii, Wii U and the handheld 3DS which should also get a mention as well as news of some new titles for the portable platform.
“By offering different ways to tune in and follow all the Nintendo news, we aim to make fans all over the world feel like they’re right there with us at the show.” – says Nintendo Press Release.
Nintendo will begin its All Access Presentation at around 5pm GMT on Tuesday, June the 5th – the first day of the E3 Conference which runs until Thursday, June the 7th with Microsoft and Sony also expected to outline the future of their respective consoles.
