So we have some news for you courtesy of rumour land, which may be of some interest to you especially if you’re a Sony Ericsson fan.
According to the Xperiablog, they have had news from a tipster who has a bit of information about an upcoming handset from the popular manufacturer.
The tipster says that the unofficial Sony Ericsson Nozomi which would seem to be Sony Ericsson’s next flagship handset will not only see a release in Japan, but it will also be released globally as well under the model number LT26i/LT26a.
Some of the rumoured features of the Sony Ericsson Nozomi include an impressive 1.4Ghz processor along with an Adreno 205 GPU, it’s also expected to have a 4.3-inch 720p display – unfortunately that’s the only info that turned up about the Nozomi at the moment, but based on what we’ve heard so far, it certainly sounds like a promising device.
The other bit of news the tipster had was about another unannounced device named the SK19, which we’ve heard a little bit about recently. Well, it was thought that the device was an XPERIA ray pro, which would be destined for the US on AT&T and feature a slide out keyboard. Unfortuantly though, the tipster says this handset has now been cancelled for some reason or another.
Although rumours at the moment, hopefully Sony Ericsson won’t take long to fill in the gaps and hopefully make some sort of official announcement in the near future. In the mean time, if we manage to get any more info about this, you can be assured you’ll be the first to know.
