Any Android owners who’re a little bit jealous of Apple TV’s ability to mirror the display of dual-core Apple devices through AirPlay can now do a similar trick. Sony Ericsson has launched Vscreens – a website and app designed to make sharing your phone’s display easy.
If you’ve got an Android handset running Android 2.1 or higher, all you need to do is navigate to Vscreens.com on the intended big screen (which obviously means that it needs to have an internet connection). You’ll then be presented with a QR code that can be scanned with the Vscreens app.
Once that’s done, the displays will be paired and you can push whatever you like – videos, presentations or pictures – to your connected big screen device. Simple. Let us know your thoughts on our comments below or via our @Gadget_Helpline Twitter page or Official Facebook group.
