Nokia’s presence on micro-blog site Twitter has stated that a pale blue variant of the Lumia 800 is to now available on UK network Three both in-store and online.
“Christmas has come early! The #Nokia Lumia 800 is now available on Three in Cyan. Check it out in your local 3Store” – declares the tweet.
The innards remain the same as the recently launched regular Lumia 800 in black. To review, that’s a 1.4GHz Qualcoom Snapdragon chip driving the gadget, 512MB of RAM with 16GB storage and connectivity to SkyDrive and the updated Windows Phone OS is presented on a 3.7” 800 x 480 resolution WVGA screen.
The Cyan edition of the first Windows Phone ‘Mango’ dedicated handset from the Finnish has been delivered by Three ahead of any other networks, with even Vodafone holding back its own stock of the Nokia Lumia 800. Three will let this alternate version loose early after original being touted for early December with talk already suggesting a more-feminine toned pink Lumia 800 model coming in early 2012. A pre-Christmas treat for those looking to find a Mango in their stocking this year!
