You may remember that last week we were treated to some leaked pictures of the upcoming, yet to be announced, Sony (Ericsson) Nozomi – which we believe will be known as the Xperia Arc HD.
To be honest, the pictures we seen the other day weren’t great, however the folk over at GSMArena have managed to get their hands on some good quality ones that show of the smartphone in a better light.
If you’ve not heard that much about the unannounced Xperia Arc HD, what we’ve heard so far would suggest that when it comes to tech specs, the handset will feature a 4.3-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels. It’s also rumoured that the smartphone will feature Sony’s new 12MP camera sensor which will be able to capture HD video in 1080p, although we don’t know yet as to what the frame rate will be. Other spec rumours include a possible 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU, along with 1GB of RAM, HDMI out, and finally a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of storage.
GSMArena say that the source of the leaked images is unable to confirm a launch date, however it’s hoped that it will be officially announced next year during CES. If we get any further info in the meantime, as always we’ll let you know.
