Unannounced LG ‘Miracle’ Windows Phone Leaks with Super Bright NOVA Display

It looks as though LG has a second Windows Phone up its sleeve, and thanks to a tipster for mobile news site PocketNow, we’ve got the lowdown on the phone that’s being called the ‘LG Miracle’.

The Miracle, if the specifications are accurate, could be the brightest Windows Phone to date, thanks to the use of LG’s NOVA Display technology. The handset (pictured above) uses a 4-inch NOVA screen with the three standard Windows Phone buttons below it in capacitive touch form.

Other than the super-bright screen, the Miracle doesn’t break any boundaries elsewhere on the specifications sheet. That doesn’t mean to say it isn’t a fast and more than capable phone, though. Under the hood we have a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 8GB of internal storage, 14.4MBps HSPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. Camera-wise there is a 5-Megapixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities and a front-facing VGA camera for video calling and such.

Back when LG’s product roadmap leaked for 2012 there was one Windows Phone on the sheet, named the Fantasy. We’ve taken a close look at this new render and the one of the Fantasy and we don’t think they’re the same phone – which means LG may have a third Windows Phone tucked away somewhere, which perhaps we’ll see later this year.

As for LG’s second Windows Phone, the Miracle; we think you can expect this one to become more official at Mobile World Congress at the end of this month. If Windows Phone is your thing, stay tuned for more as we get it.
