Adobe Photoshop CS6: Content Aware Move Tool In Action(video)

If you’re a frequent user of Adobe’s Photoshop, it’s quite possible you have been keeping up-to-date with the recent sneak peak videos Adobe has been releasing showing off some of the new features you can expect to get in CS6.

And the next feature to be demonstrated in Photoshop CS6 is the new Content Aware Move tool, an addition to the popular Content Aware fill tool which featured in CS5. The new move tool will allow you to easily move portions of a photograph around without causing a disturbance to the pixels which surround the part of the image you want to move.

Make sure you check out the video below which shows the new feature being used by Photoshop senior product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes. I for one am certainly impressed by how easy they have made it to move or remove an object from an image.

Also, no doubt the new tool will feature in Adobe’s new Creative Cloud service later this year which also gives you a selection of other programs available as part of the Creative Suite.

As yet, Adobe has not made an official announcement as to when the latest version of CS will be released, but as soon as we get any extra info you can be assured we’ll pass it on.
