Bethesda Promises “Surprises” this April for Skyrim and Rage Gamers – DLCs Incoming?

Betheseda – the development company behind The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – has teased that players of the fantasy action role-playing game for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Windows PC will be in store for some “cool news and surprises” throughout April.

There have been a few updates to squash some of the early bugs since Skyrim was launched back in November, with the most recent distributed just last week with the 1.5.26 patch. But now with the game running relatively smoothly, we’d think that it’s high time to start rolling out those DLCs – including new choices for weapons, horse armour and map expansion – as it was recently noted in the PC version that new sections had been added to the already epic scale world of Skyrim providing potential for future downloadables.

Bethesda’s Vice President of PR Pete Hines also confirms in a tweet that post-apocalyptic survival game Rage will also get its share of treats. We await the official official word on the surprises lined up for Skyrim and Rage this April.
