And the winner is…. THREE
Possibly the least sought-after prize in the mobile phone industry has been awarded to the network Three, as they have been named the most complained about mobile operator to Ofcom for the Q1 period in 2012.
Once again the real winner of this report is O2 who can once again take the claim to be the least complained about mobile provider for the sixth successive quarter.
The figures are summed up over complaints driven by disputes over charges and customer services for all of the major networks and compiled by Ofcom.
Ofcom received 0.14 complaints per 1,000 customers about the Three network which is in fact a slight improvement on its 0.16 complaints received per 1,000 customers in the previous quarter.
Orange claimed the most complained about prize in the 2011 Q4, but has seemingly reduced its complaints per 1,000 customers from 0.17 to 0.07 in Q1 2012 with Virgin Mobile also hitting this figure.
Vodafone and T-Mobile both scored a 0.08 in complaints per 1,000 for this quarter, which is baffling for Orange users as T-Mobile and Orange are owned by the same company (Everything Everywhere).
It was O2 though who stormed away with the least complaints with 0.02 complaints per 1,000 customers, a status which they have held for the last 18 months.
If you are on Three and have something to complain about then get in contact with the network and make them sort out their service… you never know, you may get a better deal out of it.
