With Nokia and Microsoft set to take to the stage in 2 days’ time for their combined event more and more information is leaking online regarding the rumoured new Lumia Smartphones that are coming, this time in the form of the Nokia Lumia 920 and its Charging mat accessory.
The new flagship Windows Phone 8 device from Nokia has had a few leaked images before but the latest show the device with a wireless charging mat accessory what could likely swing customers towards eth new handset.
The images come straight from an Exclusive with The Verge and show the wireless charging system as well as a closer look at the smartphone. The Lumia 920 is looking set to feature a host of top spec’s including 4.5-inch HD screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and a huge include 32GB of on-board storage.
The biggest feature though (and a reason for the huge storage) is the rumoured Nokia PureView 41-megapixel camera on the device, but unfortunately the Verge are reporting that this may not be the case and the 920 will only have a 8-megapixel cam.
The Wireless charging accessory is the newest bit of information to leak out regarding the phone as the Lumia 920 is rumoured to have a magnetic strip fitted into the back of the handset that will enable the phone’s to be charged and powered up just by placing it on the charger.
Nokia and Microsoft will be announcing the phone on September the 5th but with the official release date for the Windows Phone 8 Operating System not until October the 26th we can expect a bit of a wait till the handset is released.
