Iif you haven’t tried the demo of Swiftkey it’s definitely worth a go. I’ve been using it for a while now on my Galaxy S3 and absolutely love it! Easily the best app I’ve purchased. By the way, I’m not getting paid to say that, I honestly think it’s worth every penny.
Those of you who aren’t sure what Swiftkey is – well, let me give you a very brief overview. Swiftkey is an alternative keyboard available for Android devices which has a very clever algorithm that can guess which word you want next, meaning you can send text messages and compose emails extremely easily and quickly.
Since its release it has won award after award and has been in the top 5 paid for apps on the Google Play store for absolutely ages.
And now, we’ve recently learnt that Swiftkey will be integrated into the Android operating system on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and will be the default keyboard for users. This was confirmed by Swiftkey CTO Ben Medlock who said in a statement:
“Following our great success with the SwiftKey 4 launch last month, we are excited to confirm that Samsung has chosen SwiftKey’s innovative keyboard technology to be at the heart of its flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4. This is fantastic progress for our vision of bringing the best touchscreen typing experience to as many people as possible.”
So, it’s no surprise that Swiftkey is excited by this collaboration as it could quite easily lead to other big things for the company, and being such a great product – so it should!
Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, make sure you check out the trial version of Swiftkey for your Android device directly from the Google Play Store – I’m confident you’ll love it.
