Well it’s getting to that time of year again when we are all staring at and scrutinising electrical parts and blurry photos, all in a bid to try and get a hint of what Apple is releasing next.
Today the ball is rolling on the iPad 5, as a supposed leaked image of the screen of the device (just the clear screen sheet… nothing else) has made its way online, and to the excitement of Apple fans the world over, it’s in white and it may be bigger than the last iPad.
The image is supposedly of the white iPad 5 fascia and was leaked online by French site Nowhereelse.fr. The picture was supposedly handed over by a mole working on the manufacturing of the new Apple iPad tablet in China, so it could well be true.
It’s no secret that Apple will be working on a new iPad for 2013 as the company keeps to a tight release schedule with all of its products, and next to make an appearance is the larger iPad as last September the company released a new look iPhone 5-esque iPad Mini to the world.
The leaked screen looks to be in keeping with the Apple iPhone 5/iPad Mini design with its more defined square edges and hard lines. We are expecting a July announcement of the next gen iPad with an August release, but things could change very quickly.
