O2 Germany may have just spilled the beans on a host of currently unannounced handsets, some of which we had heard of before and a few handsets of which are completely new to the world. The internal roadmap from service provider O2 Germany was leaked on Wednesday and it shows of a host of devices coming to the network in the coming months.
Handsets revealed include the HTC One Mini in silver and black and another HTC device in the form of the HTC One Max, in silver. Other devices listed which seem to be a codenamed are the Nokia Eros and the Nokia Mars, both of which are expected to be variations of the incoming Lumia EOS or Lumia 1020 phone that will have a 41 megapixel camera. Eros and Mars are greek gods of love and war so we expect twin handsets.
The HTC One Mini has been mentioned a few times and the phone is looking set to be a smaller budget version of the flagship HTC One smartphone with a 4.3-inch screen, 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It’s also got a lot in common with Samsung’s Galaxy S4 Mini smartphone.
The HTC One Max is rumoured to be a larger version of the HTC One which will compete against Sony’s recently announced Xperia Z Ultra and Samsung’s Galaxy Note range. The handset is rumoured to have a 5.9-inch display, 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and a large 3300-mAh battery.
Hopefully this leak will lead to the actual handsets making appearances as we are keen to see what HTC can offer off the back of their impressive One handset.
