The trailer shows off some of the things we can expect form the future based COD game including Jetpacks, super jumps, Avatar like Heli carriers, Invisibility, Deployable Cover, Hover Bikes, Spider Tanks, Heat map vision, Exo Skeleton soldiers, Mech Suits… oh and Explosions, lots of explosions.
And then there is Kevin Spacey’s inclusion in the Trailer, seemingly the protagonist of the new game the role seems to be straight out of the Netflix Original series House of Cards, with evil undertones and political jostling that we would expect of the show.

There is much to be discussed from the trailer including what looks like a whole host of new abilities for the Players including Jetpacks, Super Jumps, invisibility and even some sticky gloves/boots which could really expand the call of Duty Gameplay dynamic.
Activision look to be taking on some of its closest rivals like Halo and Titanfall with the new gameplay aspects and will likely be spawning a new Franchise timeline to go along with the Modern Warfare and Black Ops story’s they have in existing games.
This means that the COD franchise can now also slip into a three-year cycle between three development teams (Sledgehammer, Infinity Ward, and Treyarch) which should mean more Development time (and room to innovate) for each new instalment.
The Trailer also reveals the release date for the game, which will be released on the 4th November this year, but it’s not clear if this is only for PS4 and Xbox One or for previous generation consoles too.
