The new Apple iPhone 6 is said to be unveiled earlier than previously anticipated, by as much as a month!
This news originally came from a Taiwanese newspaper Economic Daily News (via Reuters) who said the smaller 4.7 inch model will be available to purchase in August. The larger of the two models will then follow in September featuring a 5.5 inch screen.

It is suggested that to fill demand Apple are set to produce 80 Million iPhone 6 handsets. They obviously have very high hopes for the success of this one considering the feat of its predecessor.
Rumours suggest that the new model iPhone will feature a repositioned power button and a slimmer design as a case for the handset indicates; it also implies that the 4.7 inch model will be bound.
The reason for the varying sizes between the two iPhone 6’s is down to Apple trying to claw back market share from Samsung. The majority of Samsung’s most successful handsets have been those with larger screens, or Phablets as they’re also known. Apple have cottoned on to this and realised the demand for such products, where viewing media on the move is a much more common practice. In an internal Apple presentation, it was stated that “consumers want what we don’t have”. Showing recognition and fear on losing consumers to their rival Samsung.
