Adobe Flash Player gets upped to version 10.3 for Android gadgets

One of the “Top 5 Free Apps”, Adobe Flash is now available in an updated 10.3 version across Android-enabled gadgets via the Android Market – shortly after a previous release of the 10.2 version back in February this year.

The Flash update promises the usual high standard of interactivity along with “The freedom to access the same rich web content you experience on a desktop PC from your mobile device – anywhere, anytime”. The update includes enhanced browser integration and hardware acceleration considerably stepped up from Flash version 10.2 to 10.3. The Android Market suggests that benefits for tablet users will be more noticeable on Android version 3.1 (Honeycomb).

Adobe claims in 2011 Flash Player will be supported on more than 132 million units worldwide, including 50 tablet devices.
