Amazon Appstore Celebrates 4 Years with Free Games!

Amazon’s Appstore has reached four years in service since opening it’s digital doors on March 22nd 2011, and to celebrate this fact a selection of top paid apps and games will be free for a limited time only!

Titles available absolutely gratis between the 19th to the 21st of March include the terrifying toy thriller Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 which usually sells for £1.88 and the slightly less frightening puzzler Cut the Rope which would normally be 63p to download but for three days is cut free. There’s even a Guardians of the Galaxy tie-in game which is pretty neat and requires no internet connection to play and has no in-app purchases to nag you.

In total there are 34 apps up for grabs with up to £75 worth of value to be enjoyed at no charge and this gives Android users chance to try the Amazon Appstore. The Appstore itself can be installed from Amazon.co.uk or comes as standard on the Amazon Fire phone and Kindle Fire tablets and you will need an Amazon account set up to get your game on, use some nifty business tools or learn about photography in these cool apps!
