UK network Vodafone has opened up shop for Black Friday and is offering up to and above 50% off top brand gadgets- both on contract and Pay As You Go plans.
Highlighted deals in Vodafone’s Black Friday line-up include the Samsung Galaxy S5 on a Pay Monthly contract. The flagship smartphone will come with 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of data for £22.50 per month – giving you a saving of £192. Specs of the Galaxy S5 include a 5.1” Super AMOLED touchscreen display boasting a sharp 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, 1.9GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and the handset comes with current Android 4.4.2 KitKat installed.
If you’re a no-commitment type of person you may instead be interested in the LG G2 on Pay As You Go with the handset costing just £150 which is a saving of £170. The Korean mobile maker’s top of the range from September last year has since been succeeded by the G3, but still stands strong up against some of the recent models with its 5.2” IPS LCD Gorilla Glass touchscreen display, 2.26 quad-core processing and 2GB of RAM. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean comes preloaded, but is updatable out of the box to current version KitKat.
Looking for something a bit bigger but still light and portable? Vodafone also lists tablets in its Black Friday deals with the Apple iPad Air with 3G available on a tariff costing £27 per month. The ultra-light fifth generation Apple tablet features 9.7” touchscreen display and IOS 7 out of the box. It will cost only £9 upfront and the contract provides 3GB of data per month for a two year commitment saving you £144 overall.
