The additional service isn’t free however; to receive Netflix on your existing BT TV package, you’ll have to stump up an extra £5.99 a month, but if you used it on a laptop anyway it’s neither here nor there.
Currently the additional content has only been confirmed on BT YouView boxes, so if you have a TalkTalk or Arqiva box, there isn’t a definitive answer as to whether or not you’ll receive it, but likelihood states Netflix will probably arrive in the near future.

BT had this to say on the matter: “We continue to focus on strengthening our TV proposition and are excited to announce we have entered into a partnership with Netflix that will allow our customers to sign up for Netflix alongside our other products and services, with the added convenience of paying on one bill directly through BT,”
Considering people have been waiting for the streaming service since 2012, no doubt it will be a worthwhile investment on both the company’s part and consumers.
