Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare recommended system specs revealed
We had already seen the minimum specs required to play Activisions’ latest instalment of the ever growing Call of Duty series, Activision kindly revealed these to us last week, they’re pretty steep alone. We now have the recommended specifications courtesy of Steam, if you’re packing a mediocre pc I’d walk away now before you upset yourself.
Without further ado here what you need to play the game well:
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 @ 4GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 55 GB available space
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 9.0c Compatible 16-bit
It’s not all bad here as these are just the recommended and its only 55 GB which isn’t a lot more than the last instalment. If you aren’t packing enough to run on the recommended it may be time to upgrade. I’m not a fan of the Call of Duty series, haven’t been since CoD 4, but this is this the first one in years that has caught my attention. It only took them until, what are we on now CoD 36? To start making some big an interesting changes to their game.
For those of you wondering the minimum specs are:
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Processor: Intel Core i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom II X4 810 @ 2.80 GHz or better
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 @ 1 GB / ATI Radeon HD 5870 @ 1 GB or better
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard drive: 55 GB available space
