The Limited Edition Dark Knight Rises Nokia Lumia 900 has just emerged from the Batcave and is now available through high street and online mobile retailer Phones 4U, and we’ve got some fantastic shots of this brand new gadget which we think is a must-have for the most hardcore of comic book and gadget fans!
The Dark Knight Rises Nokia Lumia 900, like the standard blue and other previous Phones 4U exclusives in white and black, features the Windows Phone 7.5 mobile OS from Microsoft combined with Finnish designed hardware including a 4.3” AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display which – in the event of an epic battle with your arch-nemesis or a bumpy ride in the “tumbler” – is protected by hardened Gorilla Glass.
Budding photographers can capture all the action on the 8-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, auto-focus, super-sharp Carl Zeiss optics and HD video output. Data connectivity comes through 3G and Wi-Fi support and the bat-branded Lumia 900 runs on an agile and powerful 1.4GHz Qualcomm Scorpion CPU with 16GB of internal memory that would please even billionaire Bruce Wayne himself!
Just like our first glimpse of Anne Hathaway in the new Catwoman get-up, the look of this dark device had our pulses racing! A stylish, sleek profile and jet black polycarbonate finish means this Dark Knight Windows Phone looks the business on the utility belt of any budding superhero and the nerd-appeal of the special edition Lumia 900 is completed by an ultra-cool laser etching of the current movie version of the familiar bat sign on the rear casing!
Fire up this smartphone and you will find that the graphic and visual styling also takes a dark twist with a Batman-esque grey and black theme throughout.
