Today we have received a call where one of our dedicated agents provided support on a Nintendo 3DS console and performing a System Software update. For this our agent used:

- Scroll to System Settings and press the A button.
- Tap Other Settings.
- Tap the Next page icon to reach page 4.
- Tap System Update.
- Tap OK.
Note: Wireless internet setup will need to be completed before hand.
- Tap I Accept.
- Connect the device to power and tap OK.
- Tap OK.
