Google Play Movies allows users to watch movies purchased or rented on Google Play.
You can watch your favourite movies on an Android phone or tablet, or on any HDTV using Google Chromecast. It also allows you to download and watch them from anywhere, even when you’re not connected to the internet.
The newly introduced countries are as listed:
- Czech Republic
- Lao People’s Democratic Republic
Their TV steaming service however is only supported in 5 markets: UK, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.
No doubt the introduction comes as Google try to promote their Play services in support of their Chromecast Streaming Dongle. The Dongle is currently available in 18 countries since adding 6 countries last month.
