Out of the leaked T-mobile roadmap that has appeared today comes the HTC Bresson, a monster 16-Megapixel camera phone sporting the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS.
The Bresson was first rumored back in April when an ad leaked sparking the rumour HTC were dipping their toes into the camera phone market, and it looks like the T-mobile roadmap has all but confirmed this. But it seems HTC were not content with just dipping their toes, they have opted for a full on cannonball!!
So HTC’s first camera phone is named after a French photographer Robert Bresson, and as stated above it sports a 16-Megapixel camera with a dual LED flash.
The only other info the leaked roadmap revealed apart from the name was an estimated release date “beyond September 2011” – more than likely meaning Christmas time which reinforces the rumours it will run Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.
We can also expect two more WP7-based phones from HTC this year – the QWERTY slider Prime and the touch bar Ignite. We sure hope we’ll hear more about those devices before their official announcements.
