[tab name=’News’]

HTC must be confident in its new Incredible handset coming to the United States that an extended life battery pack and a number of other accessories have gone on sale before the handset has even been announced.

The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE, as you might guess, will be an Android-based smartphone in full support of the super-speedy LTE network connection currently being enjoyed by those lucky folk in the U.S and Canada.

This means it’ll need a battery capable of handling the influx of incredible 4G data downloading to the Droid. The regular battery believed to be coming along with the HTC gadget supplies a 1700mAh charge – with the extended life battery pack that charge becomes 2150mAh.

The HTC Incredible 4G LTE will benefit from some other respectable features including 4” qHD LCD touchscreen display and running on a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU with 8-megapixel HD camera with 1080p output. Latest Android version 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will come pre-loaded complimented by HTC Sense 4.0.

Overall, not quite as impressive as some of the upcoming HTC range in the U.S, including the EVO 4G LTE which will pack a 2000mAh battery as standard. But for those eager to get their hands on this mid-range mobile and who will seek to bolster their data experience when the phone is finally released, the battery pack and some accessories are now available to buy.

We’re still awaiting 4G but we can hope for some incredible mobiles to arrive when we finally get it and we’ll be following HTC and offerings from other manufacturers such as LG as details of our super-fast data network begins to roll out.
