We let you know a few days ago that HTC were having a re-think on their new bootloader policy, and the re-think has been done and HTC have announced they will unlock their bootloaders… once again.
The reason for the change was due to the amount of negative feedback that HTC got when they let us know they would be shipping their Smartphones with locked bootloaders. There is still no word on whether the Smartphones that have came with a locked bootloaders will get an update to unlock them.
The announcement was made by the HTC CEO himself on HTC’s facebook page.
