The UK network, Orange, has exposed a bright new price plan for the ‘super-powered’ Motorola Atrix bringing one of the must have new mobiles down to £149.99 on a £10-per-month contract.
This applies to a minimum of 24-months, but brings buyers the Android-packing handset for less than half of the original publicized, wallet-busting asking price of £300.
The Motorola Atrix, for those in need of a brief refresher, comes with 1GHz dual-core Tigra 2 CPU, 1GB of RAM with MicroSD support from 16GB up to 32GB. The Atrix’s HD touchscreen comes in at 4-inches HD and 960×540 resolution. For the snap-happy there’s a 5-megapixel rear-facing shooter with a VGA webcam on the front for your video calling.
It’s a steal and despite the false claims that the Motorola Atrix is the ‘World’s Most Powerful Smartphone’ (a title claimed back by Samsung’s Galaxy S II) it’s still a nippy mover that packs a punch – and now, thanks to Orange, suits a much more affordable budget.
