The next incarnation of Google’s Nexus phone is still well under wraps, but we have had multiple different rumours thrown about including the Samsung Nexus Prime one that was going around a while ago.
Well its HTC’s turn this time, reports are that the next Nexus handset; the Nexus 3 (not prime) is going to be manufactured by HTC much like the original Nexus One. HTC will bring their brilliant build quality back to the handset and there is also a dedicated Google+ button rumoured to be appearing on the phone.
If true, this tells us two things; Google really want a well built handset opting to go back to HTC, and that the push to make Google+ a true Facebook competitor is going to be a big one.
Supposedly the Google+ button is going to work in the same way as the Facebook button on the HTC ChaCha and Salsa, which is brilliant in allowing content to be uploaded to Facebook literally by pressing the button rather than loading up the full app.
Google are looking for the best way to promote Google+ and what better way than with the most popular mobile OS in the world, which coincidently Google creates.
