Nokia’s next flagship smartphone to rock Windows Phone 8 will be the Lumia 925, as revealed by those prolific leakers over at @Evleaks on Twitter.
The leak comes just one day ahead of Nokia’s scheduled media event in London, where the Finnish manufacturer had plans to reveal a new smartphone that it had managed to keep a secret much better than the Lumia 928 that it launched just last week.
It’s thought that the Lumia 925 is the very same aluminium phone that Nokia teased on TV here in the UK over the weekend. This phone has previously gone by the codename of ‘Catwalk’ and the guise of the Lumia EOS. So far we’re pretty certain that it will be the first Lumia to switch construction from polycarbonate plastic to aluminium, and the camera tech used will be new and better than anything before it.
Unfortunately no details accompanied the picture, which leaked this afternoon. We’ll have to wait until Nokia’s event kicks off late tomorrow afternoon to find out the full lowdown, unless of course more details creep out before hand.
