Nokia N8-01 leaks on video

Could Nokia have accidently leaked a video of an upcoming handset believed to be the successor to the N8, called the N8-01?

The images of this unannounced device come courtesy of the folk over at Greek tech site Technoblog. During their video of a hands-on of the new Nokia N700, the handset runs a demo video which features a video of an unknown smartphone, but it’s believed to be the N8-01 (or possibly the 801, if Nokia are using their new naming convention)

As you can see from the video below, the Symbian Belle running device looks very visually appealing indeed for a Nokia device – especially with the curved screen, while the call/end/menu keys are quite possibly touch sensitive seeing as they are flush with the handset.

So, if this new handset from Nokia does prove to be a successor to the N8, it should mean it will have one hell of a camera. Hopefully, Nokia may have intentions of officially announcing this asthetically pleasing device sometime very soon – fingers crossed.
