PS3 owners and Resident Evil fans in the UK are in for a terrifying treat as Sony and Capcom have announced that all digital downloads in the gory gaming series will receive price slashes on the PlayStation Store!
The sale begins today and will run until Wednesday the 27th of March. It will feature up to 50% reductions on a full range of Capcom’s Resident Evil games including the early classics Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 which are available in a bundle pack, as well as most recent addition Resident Evil 6.
Spin-off titles Resident Evil: Code Veronica X, Chronicles and Operation Raccoon City are also thrown into the melee and PS3 gamers can enjoy reliving the early stages of the apocalypse, solving mysteries, shooting down zombies and other nasties such as the bioweapon known as Nemesis, as the Umbrella Corporation’s vicious virus grows through each generation of the game’s history.
These price dismemberments come days after confirmation of that another Resident Evil movie is in the works – proving that fan appeal for this frightening franchise is far from dead!
