As I’m sure you’ll be aware, there has been many a rumour about the successor to the Galaxy SII and the new flagship phone from Samsung.
Eldar Murtzain, the man who always seems to be in know has said via Twitter that the design of the new Galaxy SIII has now been finalised and is ready to go into production. His actual tweet says “SGS3 finalized and go to production. Preorders from operators/retailers are really highest for all Galaxy line history (finally – ceramic).”
The ceramic casing is something we’ve heard about before, and now Eldar is mentioning it I’d say it’s almost a certainty. Unfortunately it’s still a mystery as to what else the Galaxy SIII may feature, although rumours suggest it will have a 4.8 inch display with full HD resolution. Also, Samsung’s own 1.5Ghz quad-core Exynos processor, and 8MP rear camera and 2MP camera amongst other wonderful things I should imagine.
Let’s just hope we don’t have to wait too long now before Samsung will announce a press event and treat us to a live demo of what this device has to offer. In the meantime, if we manage to get any further info you can be assured we’ll let you know.
