After Apple demanded to see some of Samsung’s next gen devices over a patent infringement claim, Samsung have thrown a curve ball and requested the same from Apple.
There are always going to be similarities when Smartphones are compared to the iPhone and tablets are compared to the iPad, mainly down to the fact they are essentially the same thing, and they do the same job.
The chances are that Samsung’s request will be declined, but if more companies decide to go down this route and ask for info on other manufacturers plans and prototypes, it could change the Smartphone game forever.
