It would seem that Samsung has accidently made available some information about a potential upcoming Bada OS handset, the GT-S8600 which could also possibly be the Wave III.
The slip-up was made via the Russian Samsung site which published brief details about the yet to be announced GT-S8600, unfortunately it does’nt show a picture though.
We ocasionally hear news about Samsung’s Bada OS but some may think has taken a back seat in Samsung’s handset portfolio with the popularity of Android – although that may not be the case anymore as there is believed to be as many as three (including the GT-S8600) new bada running handsets in the pipeline.
The model numbers of the other two unannounced bada handsets are believed to be the GT-S5360 and GT-S7250D, with the last being disovered in the recent bada 2.0 SDK, which was identified as the Wave725.
At the moment there is very little else to go on, although hopefully Samsung will be able to shed some light on these devices later in September at the IFA consumer electronics event.
