Sony’s latest Android running tablet, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has been made available in the UK for the first time since the new 10.1-inch device was announced back in February. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is now available on the Sony UK website in both 4G/LTE and WiFi only versions.
Sony’s next generation tablet has been released via the official Sony store which has the 10.1-inch tablet for sale and dispatch now. You can pick up the Z2 Tablet for £399 if you want the basic 16GB Wi-Fi only version, or £499 for the 32GB Wi-Fi only version. For those who want a 4G/LTE enabled version of the tablet you can pick this up with 16GB of memory for £499. The Z2 Tablet is only available online as of the time of writing, but we expect to see the tablets available in Sony and other stores in the coming months.
There are several reasons to be excited about the new Xperia Z2 Tablet as inside the 6.4mm thick device is some pretty cool specs. It features a 10.1-inch Full HD TRILUMINOS Display, 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor, 3GB of RAM, Adreno 330 graphics, an 8.1-megapixel camera, 2.2-megapixel front-facing camera, front-facing S-Force Surround Sound speakers and both dust-resistant and waterproof toughness.
It also a micro SD card slot which can take up to an additional 128GB of memory and is on sale with a host of accessories including a slimline Bluetooth keyboard or a Style Cover Stand case.
