Apple launched its latest iPhone earlier this week, the iPhone 4S – leaving much head scratching and in some regards a bit of disappointment that it wasn’t a better offering (iPhone 5). But let’s face it, it’s not what we’d really have liked but it is still a pretty nice upgrade that’s sure to please.

Packing the new iOS 5 on an A5 processor – straight off the production line, the new Apple gadget also comes along with the very cool Siri voice control, it’s like a little pocket Jeeves. For the Gadget Helpline’s coverage of the iPhone 4S launch and details in depth of those features and functions check out the article – Here.

UK networks were quick to announce that, yes, they would be bringing the new iPhone 4S to the shelves for their eager customers. And now a number of our mobile carriers of choice have detailed price plans for the gadget’s anticipated public release of October 14th:

This tariff allows 900 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data per month. Alternatively, there’s the option to pay £99 for a boastful 64GB RAM iPhone 4S this on a £61 per month 2 year contract.
