Pro-wrestling icon Hulk Hogan is set to smack down a voice-over on the highly-anticipated next Saints Row game, delivering his bass-filled tones to a new masked lucha character known as Angel.
The new installment in the popular third person, action-adventure Saints Row franchise is being developed by Volition Inc. and published by THQ. Following 2008’s Saints Row 2, the player controls the leader of the gang the Third Street Saints and the follow-up is cleverly titled Saints Row: The Third.
The 57 year old “Real American” joins the Saints Row: The Third celeb line-up, which also includes adult actress Sasha Grey, who brings voice to syndicate siren Viola DeWynter, and Lost’s Daniel Dae Kim who reprises his Saints Row 2 role of hotshot cop turned gang shooter, Johnny Gat.
Hogan’s character Angel DeLaMuerte, is a former mexican wrestler, who after being wronged by his tag partner is set to seek justice by signing up with the Third Street Saints.
Saints Row: The Third is due for a November 15th release on Sony’s Playstation 3 as well as Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Windows platforms… Brother!!
