Games developer Gameloft has released a demo video for their 10 launch-day Xperia PLAY games, all in 720p HD glory.
If you can excuse the chubby thumbs darting around at the bottom of the video, you’ll see that Gameloft have put together some great looking titles for the Android/Playstation device. Graphically they all look pretty great, certainly on a par or better than Gameloft’s iOS efforts for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
We’re especially excited for Star Batallion, and Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, both of which look to be pretty big titles for the Xperia PLAY. Both games look superior to their iOS counterparts, utilising the PLAY’s touchpad and Playstation buttons well.
