The HTC Flyer and the LG Optimus Pad have both gone live today to the world (well the UK) and the Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy have both confirmed that they will be stocking the two latest Tablet devices.
The HTC Flyer is an Android 2.4 running, 7-inch 1024 x 600 resolution device which has HTC Scribe technology with a “Magic Pen” (or stylus) for note taking, 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor and comes in both 16GB with WiFi and 32GB with 3G+WiFi versions.
The LG Optimus Pad is technically the world’s first 3D tablet, with Dual 5MP cameras. It packs Nvidia’s Dual-Core Tegra 2 (1GHz) processor for speed, Android Honeycomb (3.0), Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity, Bluetooth and 32GB of on-board storage.
The HTC flyer is available on a 2 year contract on a £25 per month contract basis but you will need to fork out a £129.99 beforehand or shell out £599.99 for the SIM Free version.
The LG Optimus Pad will be available for a hefty £299.99 upfront plus £25 a month which should cover all your data needs, equally you could go for the SIM Free version at a pricey£749.99.
