Google have decided to become very generous in the film department, and are offering free movies for various countries across the world via their Play Store.
Sadly you don’t really have a choice as to what film you get unless of course you’re willing to jet off halfway around the world to bag yourself that copy of Fellowship of the Ring.

Speaking of which, if you’re living in the US, India, Japan or Brazil, Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring would be the film you’d get as the free movie gift; more than likely to help promote the new release of the Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, all courtesy of Google.

- UK, Spain, Italy: Sherlock Holmes
- US, Indian, Japan, Brazil: Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
- Austria, Germany: Clash of the Titans
- Australia: Pacific Rim
- France: The Polar Express
- Canada: Christmas Vacation
I for one am very jealous of those of you in the locations to get yourself a free copy of LotR while we here in the UK have to make do with Sherlock Holmes, but hey it’s free! Might as well take advantage before they hike those prices back up!
