Vodafone UK has just begun seeding the Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) update to its HTC Desire HD and Sensation S owners.
HTC themselves announced the update would be available OTA (over-the-air) in the coming days, and it seems Vodafone is the first UK network out of the blocks to let their customers get the update. Android 2.3.3 will bring Android Gingerbread functionality to owners of the Desire HD and Sensation S on Vodafone UK, providing improved speed and stability for both phones.
All you need to do to get yourself updated on either handset is to tap Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Software Updates > Check Now. Let us know how you get on!
