Elbow Performing 3D Broadcast

In an awesome tech/music blend, Elbow have just released full 3D footage of their warm-ups for their latest tour. Dress rehearsals and behind the scenes footage of the tour have surfaced in the third dimension, filmed on Panasonic’s revolutionary range of 3D cameras.

The tour, in support of Elbow’s latest album ‘build a rocket boys!’, is set to be broadcast on Sky 3D at 10pm on the 20th June, and will includes tracks such as ‘Lippy Kids’ and ‘Open Arms’, as well as other Elbow offerings.

The 3D-less don’t need to fret either, as the program also goes out on Sky Arts in regular 2D simultaneously with the 3D broadcast, and both will be repeated at 6pm on the 21st June.

Elbow fans had better watch out for the band performing this year’s Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid stage too.
