Today we have received a call where one of our dedicated agents provided support on a Windows Phone 7 running HTC Mozart and Turning Wi-Fi on and connecting to a Wireless Network. For this our agent used:

Guide: Turning Wi-Fi on and Connecting to a Wireless Network
- On the Start Screen, tap the Right Arrow.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the On/Off Switch to turn it On/Off.
- Tap the Wi-Fi Network you want to connect to:
- a) If you select an open network your phone will automatically connect to the network.
b) If you selected a network that is secured with WEP, enter the password and then tap Done.
WARNING: YOU CANNOT MANUALLY ADD A WI-FI PROFILE.
Note: When the phone is connected to the wireless network, the Wi-Fi icon appears for a brief moment on the status bar.
This guide can also be used as an account setup on all other Windows Phone 7 devices including the HTC HD7, Samsung Omnia 7, LG Optimus 7 and the HTC Trophy.
