Fancy London department store Harrods has launched a new app-based magazine for iPad which lets those who can afford to browse the fashionable product lines available at the famous Knightsbridge location.
The interactive mag will follow all the latest lavish garments and fragrances with interviews from fashionistas and designers giving an insight into their clothing and brands, allowing trendy people a look behind the scenes at the catwalk to preview new items that can be found in store. Ladies who like to look their best with the latest in make-up can also experiment with a virtual tester. iPad owners can now check out these features before visiting the shop, or if like us you can only dream of shopping there it’s the easiest way to window shop. But to be fair, if you can afford yourself a new iPad you can probably spend a few quid at Harrods!
The Harrods app will update the magazine monthly, so it’s just like grabbing the “real” version of the digest off the shelf and you can grab it right now from the Apple App Store for free for iPad tablets running iOS 5.
