Nokia really aren’t doing a good job of keeping their future Windows Phone smartphones under wraps, as their Nokia ‘900’ or ‘Ace’ smartphone has leaked for the third time, and the second time in a week.
Nokia has officially released a promotional video to developers, aimed at luring them to use Nokia phones and the Windows Phone 7 system. In the video there is a new Nokia phone that we haven’t seen before, but we reckon it’s the long talked about Nokia ‘Ace’, or ‘900’.
Nokia exec Paul Amsellem recently got a bit over-excited in an interview, confirming that a high-end Windows Phone will be coming out of the company in the near future. Amsellem compared the Lumia 710 to a BMW 3 Series and the Lumia 800 to a 5 series, but also said that a 7 series would be along soon – the Nokia 900.
We’ve seen the 900 appear before in a document, and we have to say it looks pretty great. The 900 will be bigger than the Lumia 800, which went on sale across the UK yesterday, with a screen size of 4.3-inches. The 900 is also said to pack an impressive 8-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, NFC tech and a fast 1.4GHz processor.
We’re also pretty certain that Nokia’s next Windows Phone will pack HSPA+ surfing speeds, 16GB of internal storage and of course, the very latest Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) operating system.
At The Gadget Helpline we have a strong feeling this phone will be released early in the new year as the Nokia Lumia 900. What do you guys think?
