So we’ve all known for a while now about the new founded relationship between Nokia and Microsoft, but what we’re really interested in knowing is when we can expect to see some cool new WP7 devices hitting shop shelves.
Well, it would now seem that Nokia have confirmed their intentions in a recent press release to launch their first Windows Phone 7 device just in time for this Christmas. The company says “Nokia remains pleased with its progress on its Windows Phone strategy, and has increased confidence that the first Nokia product with Windows Phone will ship in the fourth quarter 2011.”
As you can image, there is no details of any specification of this Windows Phone 7 device, hopefully though, if things are going to schedule it may not be long before Nokia start to show-off some working prototypes.
